Congo Breeze is a luxury home featuring 5 bedrooms (2 suites), 3.5 baths, a huge common area with a big screen tv, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. Lanai has a large heated saltwater pool, a spa and plenty of comfortable seating. Plus you are only five minutes away from the open water!

"I cannot recommend Congo Breeze enough! This was, without a doubt, the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. Any question we had, Patti was readily available and willing to guide us through it. And every time I thought "It'd be great if they had xyz," they would have it. This house was wonderful for young kids- children's life jackets available, easy to install baby gate for the pool, yard games, etc. It was amazing to have such a secluded oasis- everything we wanted was right there; my favorite part was that the adults could still have fun at the pool while the kids napped. We also rented their boat and had a great experience with Captain Jamie (who manages it). The highlight of our trip was getting to explore the different islands in the gulf. Overall, just about perfection. We're very sad to leave this home away from home."

Congo Breeze was amazing. The host was incredibly responsive, professional, and always focused on making our stay wonderful. I booked this home for my work team and it was perfect because it was extremely spacious, with large bedrooms and a private bathroom for everyone on my team. The pool and hot tub were heated and stayed in the sun for most of the day. The dock is very large, and the property includes a kayak, which was a great bonus. The home was extremely well stocked and even included a wide variety of spices and everything needed to cook great meals. The grill was clean, well maintained, and high quality. All you need to do is buy groceries and enjoy. The property is truly beautiful. Highly recommend."

"What can we say except it was an amazing vacation in Cape Coral. Our family of 10-3 adult kids and their spouses + our first grandbaby all together for a wedding. The house was perfect...So much to do. Everyone loved the pool, spa and of course the competition was fierce with pool, ping pong, spikeball and more. The kids would take the bikes out for a morning coffee run and we even rented their boat for a day which was so worth it. Thanks Patti for a great stay...We will be back!"

"Our late Nov/early Dec 2025 stay at Congo Breeze was absolutely wonderful. Our family comprised of 10 people/3 generations - two grandparents, 4 adult children and their four children have stayed at many vacation rentals. Congo Breeze is by far top on our list. It will be hard to find another to beat it. Congo Breeze is so clean, well laid out and furnished. Plenty of paper products, soaps, and condiments which made traveling from out of state much easier. And so much for the kids (ages 10-13) to do - swimming, fishing, biking, games. The pool and spa were heated when we arrived and set at a very comfortable temp. Great location on the water - we rented a pontoon and it was so easy to get to the big water. The hosts were very accessible - they contacted us 2nd day to make sure everything was good and clued us in on a few of their many home features. If we are again in the Cape Coral area, we would definitely stay at Congo Breeze. Thank you Mike and Pattie for sharing your beautiful home! Merry Christmas from Minnesota."

"We rented this place with another family. 4 adults and 4 teenagers over Thanksgiving break and it has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast with all the fixings in their kitchen flawlessly. The guys had a great time with the pool table and we all enjoyed the board games. A couple of us took advantage of the bikes and went out for a ride. The pool and spa were used daily, were very clean and got hot fast! Grill was great too as we have had problems with grills in previous homes, this one got hot and was clean. Patti was a dream host. She let us check in 4 hours early and gave us a TON of recommendations for the area and would check in time to time to see if we needed anything. The cherry on top for us was the boat! The homeowners own a boat for optional rent and we rented for the duration of our stay. Went out daily discovering the area and watching the sun set. Looking forward to repeat trips in the future!   • Is there free parking?

    There is plenty of free parking! Two stalls in the garage are available for your use and we have a huge turnaround driveway that fits many additional vehicles. The circular driveway is great if you are pulling a trailer.

  • What amenities are provided?

    Beach chairs, coolers, a 2-person kayak, boogie-boards, cornhole, five bikes, and two fishing poles (can’t guarantee they will function perfectly as we don’t have time to check them between every guest).


    Pretty much everything, although some items may run out occasionally as we don’t have the time to re-stock between every guest! We provide plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We also provide soap for every sink and shampoo, conditioner, and soap for every shower. Toilet paper is also provided. The two bathrooms in the suites have a hair dryer.


    The kitchen is fully stocked and we also provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels. Additionally, we provide paper plates and napkins. We also include ziplock bags of different sizes.


    We have a washing machine and two dryers. We provide laundry detergent. We have an iron and ironing board.


    Two of the bedrooms come with an alarm clock with a built-in wireless charger. The other bedrooms have plenty of convenient outlets for charging your accessories.


    We even have a scale you can use to weigh your luggage when you check out. Our aim is to make travel extremely convenient by providing most of what you will need to enjoy our beautiful home.

  • Is there an elevator/handicap access?

    Everything is on one level so there is no need for an elevator! You can get into the house with no steps in your way. The master shower is also wheelchair accessible. There is one small step in the lanai to get to the pool level.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund will be provided.

  • How do we check in?

    We have an electronic keypad and before your stay we reach out to let you select the PIN you would like to use during your stay. It doesn’t get much more convenient than that!

  • What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

  • Can we check-in early or check-out late?

    Sometimes. A lot will depend on our cleaner's schedule and if we have a same-day turnover.

  • Are there restaurants and stores nearby?

    Yes! The Yacht Club beach area and Boathouse restaurant are fewer than two miles away and are a great bike ride. The Tiki Hut Bar & Grill is two miles away. We are within two miles of Cape Coral Parkway, which has all kinds of options. You can view our ATTRACTIONS page to see more options as well.

  • Are there additional charges?

    Apart from a $399 charge for the cleaner, we have no extra charges! We do not charge for extra guests, although we do limit guests to 12 without prior permission. We also do not charge for electricity and we let you heat the pool for free! 


    Additionally, we have a level two electric car charger you can use free of charge. We do charge for actual damages incurred and there is a $100 fee if you forget to leave the garage door opener in the house.

  • When and how do we make payments?

    When you book online you will pay 50% of the estimated total. The remaining amount due will be collected 10-14 days prior to your arrival.

  • Is there an emergency contact number?

    Yes! We have a local contact and provide his phone number upon your arrival. Additionally, we are available from Michigan as needed.

  • What is the exact address?

  • Is there wireless service?

    Absolutely! We have very fast internet and mesh routers throughout the home to ensure suburb coverage.

  • Do you have cable TV?

    Yes! We have cable TV with well over 150 channels and every TV is a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. We have six televisions in total. The main TV is 75 inches and has Bose Surround sound. The TV in the lanai is 65 inches and has a soundbar to make sure you can watch and hear despite the fun that is happening in the pool. The TV in the master suite is 50 inches. Every bedroom has a TV with the exception of the bunk room.

  • What about pets?

    We do not allow pets.

  • Do you allow toddlers?

    Yes! However, we do not have a high chair or pack-and-play. We do have a safety gate for the pool – that is usually stored in the third stall of the garage.

  • Do you allow parties?

    No – if you are looking to throw a party and/or be very loud please book another home. We are in a quiet residential area and have great neighbors. We want to be respectful of them.
